Biography
Derek Tingle earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Swarthmore College, and his Master’s degree from Stanford University's Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA), focusing on the intersection of music and technology. Derek has over a decade of industry experience building large-scale ML systems for information retrieval, recommendations, and generative audio at companies such as Gracenote, SoundCloud, and KLAY Vision.
